The “drill” of the event took place at another similar school, which was out of use.
The fact that there was a drill, tells you all. They use the drill as the real event.
Many involved got a free mortgage or other financial benefits.
That is why they are so desperate to keep their terrible secret, they got donations from around the world, millions of dollars, and free houses to boot. Robbie Parker had his daughter’s fund set up something like 45 minutes after “Lanza” was “dead”.
